At Nikoe Natural Therapies we offer the practice of breathing techniques and guided meditation. This has proven benefits to the physical and emotional bodies. For over a decade, Michele has developed her own visionary abilities and connections thereby opening to channeling the meditations. All meditations are specific to personal growth and development through relaxation, breathing and inner connection. No previous experience is necessary to join this group.

When you use meditation to focus on an area of the body, meditation will enable you to increase blood flow which allows the cells to receive more oxygen and other nutrients, thereby offering pain relief.
